Welcome to GitBloc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our B2B procurement marketplace platform. By accessing or using GitBloc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Important: Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use GitBloc.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements
- •You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- •You must represent a legitimate business entity with valid registration
- •You must have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- •You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
Account Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Permitted Platform Usage
Buyers May
- • Create and manage RFQs
- • Review and compare supplier bids
- • Communicate with verified suppliers
- • Process purchase orders
- • Access procurement analytics
Suppliers May
- • Browse available RFQs
- • Submit competitive bids
- • Manage product catalogs
- • Fulfill confirmed orders
- • View performance metrics
Prohibited Activities

Transactions & Payment Terms
Platform Fees
GitBloc charges service fees for facilitating transactions:
- • Buyers: Transaction fee based on order value
- • Suppliers: Commission on successful bids
- • Premium features: Subscription-based pricing
- • All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation
Payment Processing
- • Payments processed through secure third-party providers
- • Buyers must have sufficient funds or credit authorization
- • Payment terms agreed upon between buyer and supplier
- • GitBloc may hold funds in escrow for certain transactions
Disputes & Refunds
- • Disputes must be reported within 30 days of transaction
- • GitBloc provides mediation services for transaction disputes
- • Refund eligibility determined by transaction terms and conditions
- • Final decisions made in accordance with our dispute resolution policy
Intellectual Property Rights
GitBloc Platform
All platform content, features, functionality, trademarks, and logos are owned by GitBloc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant GitBloc a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform operations.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
GitBloc provides the platform "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- • Quality, safety, or legality of items offered by suppliers
- • Accuracy of user-provided information or listings
- • Disputes between buyers and suppliers
- • Service interruptions or technical issues
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. GitBloc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- • Violate these Terms of Service
- • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- • Pose security or liability risks
- • Remain inactive for extended periods
Upon termination, you remain liable for outstanding obligations and fees. Content may be deleted after account closure.
