How do I create my first RFQ?

Navigate to Procurement > Create RFQ in the sidebar. Fill in the required fields including item details, quantities, and delivery requirements. You can save as draft or publish immediately.

How do I verify a supplier?

Go to Suppliers > Find Suppliers, select a supplier profile, and click "Request Verification". Our team will review the supplier's credentials and documentation within 2-3 business days.

What payment methods are accepted?

GitBloc accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payment terms can be negotiated directly with suppliers.

How can I track my orders?

Visit Orders & Contracts > Active Orders to see real-time tracking information. You'll receive email and in-app notifications for status updates.

Is my data secure on GitBloc?
